Each visit never fails to amaze me with how their sauce coats their pasta.... Perfection! To me that’s hard to find and The Golden Boot delivers every time. Oh and make sure you get dessert! If you think you’re too full, get it to go! I can never decide between their daily cheesecake or tiramisu, so I don’t, and get one of each to take home for later, lol! They are that good! “ First time dining here after rave reviews from friends. We were not disappointed. From what we can see mostly locals from the hood. Get here early on weekends. The Ceasar salad was delish with a tangy/garlicky golden dressing, lasagna was very meaty and tasty (which is rare) and course excellent pasta and pizzas. Would definitely return. ”
“ I am a regular here for their tortellacci with sage and brown butter sauce. It’s so good that I have ordered another one at dessert time. Today though, I thought I’d try their garden salad with chicken for lunch pickup. It is exceptional. There aren’t a lot of places I can get a salad with actual veggies on top. Usually places just have candied nuts and cheese and quinoa or something like that. This exceptional salad had red pepper tomato carrots olives artichokes and I ordered chicken on top which was huge and delicious. Also the chicken was perfectly cooked. I can’t say enough great things about this mom and pop joint. It is a must try! ”
